•15min grace period and after appointment cancelled
* no call no show = BANNED
•Cancel / reschedule within 72hrs
*Refundable deposit ONLY if cancelled 72hrs prior and if stylist cancels.
• Hair must be 4 inches all around
•No extra guests / pets are allowed
